Terry Parker Jr.
Toronto, Ont.
Canada,
Dear Mr. Walters,
I was not born with epilepsy. As a result of a accidental head injury, I developed epileptic seizure disorder. Despite thousands of miligrams of pharmaceutical drugs, I still experienced seizure disorder which resulted in expulsion from High School , College, employment, and almost death due to status epilepticus.
It is more disturbing, to see that my epilepsy has been made worse, due to unadmittted criminal assault by Dr. Harold J. Hoffman of the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children, whereas unauthorized experimental mind control psychosurgical lobectomies have been carried out without informed consent, and not conducive for seizure disorder.
With this assault and battery, I find myself alone as to take care of this epileptic seizure disorder. Research at the University of Toronto, points out that cannabidiol is the anti-convulsant property in marijuana, and proven 90% effective.
I recall prior to Judge Patrick Sheppard's decision of Dec. 11, 1997, of having a day of experiencing status epilepticus, despite taking 1250 mg of Dilantin & Mysoline, my brother dropped over with a couple of joints, and within 15 minutes, I was free from seizure disorder.
Since Sheppard's decision, I have only suffered one seizure, which is significant, when compared to 5-80 seizures a day, prior to his decision.
Mr. Walters, if there was any real legal effective cure for epilepsy, I would be the first to recognize it. There is no drug as effective as marijuana, when it comes to blocking seizure disorder. If there was, we would not be faced with such a high epileptic fatality rate. According to www.epilepsy.ca under Myths & Misconceptions, each and every year, 2400-4600 people die, due to epilepsy.
Mr . Walters, understand something. Anyone can develop epilepsy. Including you.
Should you, and others die from epilepsy while the government defames marijuana upon unauthorized synthetic research?
When your government is witholding a life saving herb such as marijuana, and people are dying as a result of inferior treatment, that's murder.
I understand your country still has the death penalty.
Yours,
Terry Parker Jr.
